Paul put a lot of thought and effort into getting us the right buyers for this property, doing lots of viewings and providing helpful information for prospective buyers.
At the end the legal process got stuck and he was instrumental in chasing solicitors and keeping the chain moving.
Overall he provided an individual but non-pushy service, and I would definitely recommend him.

Paul did a great job of selling our father’s house – it wasn’t an easy task as the house was in a poor state of repair. The sale was then delayed due to probate problems, and then a final problem with a delay in funds further down the chain – but Paul handled all these problems with skill, taking away most of the stress. Our flat in Reading had been empty for about 3 months as we had plans to sell it, which didn’t work out, so we needed to get it back on the market fast.  Paul provided great support managing the refurbishment of the flat.  On completion of the refurb job, he found plenty of prospective tenants within days of advertising, provided sound advice on their potential as good tenants. I have been totally impressed with the recent service offered by Paul. From initial contact to the point of completion on the house, everything was perfect. Paul drummed up a lot of interest (24 viewings in a single day at the house viewing!) and took all the hassle out of having to be involved for me. Pleased with the outcome and from listing the house to completion was only four months! Job done!

When my house sale was in trouble [with other agents!], I was looking for alternative agents to remarket the property. Paul was generous with his time and offered thoughts on how I might get things back on track (obviously not to his benefit!). If the sale doesn’t complete I’ll have no hesitation in engaging him to get the house sold – wish I’d talked to him before working with the others.

Paul has been instrumental in our move from the mainland to the Isle of Wight. From the moment of setting up a viewing to help negotiate and seal the deal, to his wonderfully supportive emails helping us collect keys, organise services and help with issues associated with moving.  Daysafter moving in we came home to a beautiful hamper of local produce from Paul and his aftercare is second to none.
